Return Policy

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
All returns must be:
* Unworn
* Have no signs of wear or damage
* In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
* In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Lireeco will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Lireeco has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
What can't be returned?
Sale items, charity, gift cards, promotional items and bespoke pieces (engraved after purchase) Are not able to be returned.
Promotions
Any product purchased during a "Gift With Purchase" or "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion may be returned. Please include the gifted product with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail value of the gift. Gifted product cannot be returned or exchanged.
All promotions are available while supplies last. Promotion code may be required upon checkout. Promotions may not be combined or applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Offers may only be valid for a specified date and timeframe.
Notes
Consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds
From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 5-10 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, they will send you a confirmation notice on the return! If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@lireeco.com
