Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

Please note that we dispatch daily, however we are unable to guarantee same-day dispatch for all orders due to the high volume we receive. If you place your order and your payment is confirmed, we will ship your order within 3 business day. For some handmade craft and gift boxes, it may need 5 business day to prepare well.
During peak times such as promotional sales, public holidays and celebratory periods please allow up to 7  business days to receive your shipping confirmation email or ready to collect SMS.

Lireeco does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Lireeco. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.
Lireeco is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout. Lireeco is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit.  
For international customers, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Lireeco does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. Lireeco will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Note that:
  • Under certain circumstances, we may not be able to deliver to freight forwarders, hotels, PO Boxes or armed services APO/FPO/DPO
  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays
  • We may from time to time offer products for pre-orders or backorders. In such case we will not be able to ship to you within the delivery terms as set out above and will inform you of the expected shipping date when known and when the product ultimately ships.
  • If your order is subject to review due to a suspicion of fraud, delivery may be delayed and/or cancelled.
  • Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays.
